Mark was previously Head of iO Funds (specialist industrial funds) at Teesland PLC. Funds under management totalled c. £1.5bn, comprising a total of 5 funds invested in the UK and western and central Europe, all targeted at multi-let industrial estates.

Prior to Teesland, he worked for Green Property PLC as the UK MD (1989-2004), building the office up from the initial opening with 2 staff and a portfolio of c.£25m, being a small  offshoot of the Head office in Dublin, to a major force in the UK market with 3 offices c.40 staff and over £1bn of funds under management at its peak.

Green specialised in the industrial sector, concentrating on portfolio acquisition and rationalisation. Green proudly undertook all asset and property management in house to ensure a 'hands on approach'.

Mark has a proven track record in the industrial sector and he has an extensive reputation in UK industrial investment market at senior level.
