Darren Fennell

Darren started his property career with Healey and Baker now Cushman Wakefield before he moved to Guardian Properties as fund manager to the unit funds with a value of over £150m.
In 2000 Darren created Orange Properties and was appointed by Scottish Widows (SWIP) as asset managers to the Small Property Fund. A portfolio totalling £60m was assembled and successfully managed, outperforming the market by 33% per annum. Since inception, Orange Properties has focused on acquiring asset management opportunities and to date has made 15 acquisitions in the retail sector
In 2002, Darren was employed as a consultant to Teesland plc with responsibility for the expansion of the Osprey Limited Partnership with AUM of £200m and the launch of TAP, the listed property trust with AUM of £250m.
