Astrid Cruickshank

Astrid worked at SPP as an Asset Manager with responsibility for part of the portfolio before eventually being promoted to Head of Asset Management at Celexa with responsibility for the entire SPP portfolio which peaked at £700m.
In 2001 Astrid joined Gatehouse Investment Management where she fulfilled the Investment Manager role, with particular responsibility for the Westbury Property Fund, before leaving to set up Lightstone Properties PLC.
Lightstone was set up in 2003 with initial equity of £0.4m from 13 investors. The company now has approx 60 investors and a gross portfolio of c. £30m which is owned both direct and in joint venture with a number of partners.
